Guangxi Sungain Yeast Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Chongzuo City which owns the most abundant sugarcane in China. Relying on abundant resource of high quality sugarcane molasses. Our company has invested USD 50 millions and introduced the most advanced production technology and equipment's in the world. The factory occupies 300,000 square meters, At present, it has become one of the world-class yeast enterprise.
Advanced automation system with complete SIEMENS PCS7 control module and a high level of instrumentation enables us to closely control all production parameters. The core equipment's have been imported from famous European & American companies, including molasses clarifier and yeast cream separator from GEA-WESTFALIA in Germany, vacuum rotary filter and extrusion device from PROCKONOR in Spain, vacuum package line from TME and OPEM in Italy, chilling-water group from TRANE in the USA, air dehydrator from Sweden, and together with a large set of advanced control and analysis instruments. The advanced equipment's and the precise fermentation process control ensure that the quality of FORISE yeast remains always excellent and stable.
